Our reel suggestion for the Vice is a toss up between the Rise and the Grande. The Rise is just an all-around great reel. Available in 4 colors and 4 sizes. Our color choice: Black. It just looks darn cool with that gorgeous green blank and black epoxied guides and gold thread accents.
As for the Grande, we say spend the money and go for the Grande if you can. It’s our new favorite from Redington, available in 3 colors and 5 sizes. As for the color choice, it’s kind of a no-brainer for us. Next to that green blank and those gold thread accents, the Champagne Grande looks, well, pretty grand.
